Is the Quick Wellness Consult the same as a visit?
Think of the Quick Wellness Consult as a “mini visit.” It’s not a replacement for a full client session, but it’s a great way to get your questions answered and receive helpful guidance.
What labs do I send?
Send me any labs that you’d like clarification on. If you’re confused or want a second opinion, send them to me and we can talk about them, why they matter and what to do about them.
If you’d like to give me background to what you’re experiencing, send me anything that you think pertains to your health concerns. Labs done in the last 2-3 years are the most useful. Don’t worry about sending too many. I understand that many of you have had extensive workup. It can also help me to personalize your suggestions and not recommend duplicate labs.
Labs to send:
What happens after the call?
After the call I’ll send you an email summary of what we discussed including any labs I’d recommend and possible therapy options. I’ll include information about working with me including visit pricing, lab pricing and how visits work.
If you’re ready to move forward, you can let me know and I’l send you an invite to my client portal where you can set up your account, fill out intake forms and then book your initial appointment online.
Can I become a client after this call?
If you're ready, you do have the option to move forward and become a client after having a Quick Wellness call. Since I’m already familiar with your health concerns, I can give you personalized recommendations that we can continue working on together if you decide to become a client.
There’s no pressure to become a client. I understand that some people simply want to get their questions answered and get clarity about what’s going on for them.
What is the process for becoming a client?
I’ll create an account with my client portal (Charm EHR) and send you an invite. I’ll send you electronic intake forms on the portal. Once you fill those out, you can request an initial visit (90 minute video consult) through the portal. From that point on, we’ll have our visits through the client portal and you can book follow up visits online as well.
