Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. After this period, refunds cannot be issued.

Include your name, order details and a brief description of the issue. I will respond as promptly as possible.
All bookings for appointments, sessions, or consultations are non-refundable.
Client Responsibility Before the Session
Before your session, please ensure that you are able to send all required digital files such as lab results, documents, or other relevant information in a standard, accessible format (PDF, JPG, PNG, or similar). It is your responsibility to confirm that your files are complete, readable, and successfully delivered to me prior to the session. If you are unsure how to upload or send your documents, feel free to contact me for guidance at jamiesculleynd@gmail.com.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact me at jamiesculleynd@gmail.com at least 2 business days (48 hours) in advance.
I will make every effort to accommodate you, but availability is not guaranteed.
Missed or Late Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled session or arriving too late to conduct the session without prior notice is considered a missed appointment, and no refund or credit will be issued.
