I am a licensed naturopathic doctor and graduate of Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.
Early in my practice, I worked with many clients struggling with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's. That’s when I first began to see the connection between these conditions and Epstein-Barr virus. I started testing for EBV and using the protocols I had learned in school to help address it.
More recently, I’ve connected with many of you through social media and discovered a whole community of people who feel dismissed, unheard, and left behind. I believe that certain triggers have caused EBV reactivation to become more common, and many of you are searching for answers.
The problem is, there isn’t much reliable information out there, and when you do find something, it can feel overwhelming to piece it all together. You’re often told that nothing can be done, or that it will just go away on its own.
You deserve answers. You deserve support. You deserve guidance.
I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works and became interested in pursuing a medical career as a teen.
I learned about naturopathic medicine during my undergraduate studies at Bastyr University where I completed my bachelor of science degree in botanical medicine. I appreciated that botanical medicine could be accessible to everyone and allowed people to take care of themselves and their loved ones.
I was drawn to naturopathic medicine because the concepts of prevention, treating the whole person, and looking for the underlying cause of disease instead of suppressing symptoms made sense to me as a better way to make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
I enjoy learning about health and sharing my knowledge with people so they feel empowered rather than confused or frustrated. Naturopathic medicine is a cause I believe in and I think people are looking for a different way than what's offered by our current health care system.
My approach to helping my patients involves taking their lifestyle, diet, and emotional health into consideration because these aspects of a person’s life contribute to their health and wellbeing.
My individualized treatment plans include utilizing botanical medicine, vitamin and mineral supplementation, homeopathy, nutritional and lifestyle counseling, and hydrotherapy with a focus on preventive medicine.
I grew up in Port Angeles, WA and reside in Kent, WA with my boyfriend and our dog.
My Approach
A naturopathic approach takes all aspects of your life into consideration and utilizes many different testing and treatment options to get to the real cause of illness.
I can help guide you to take control of your health and well-being by listening to and validating your concerns, taking the time necessary to understand what you're going through, and working with you to find out what's really going on.
Through our visits I'll work with you to come up with a plan that keeps things simple and aligns with your values, preferences and budget.

I only provide virtual visits. I don't see patients in a clinic.
Initial visit: $250

I utilize both conventional and functional lab testing. Functional labs must be ordered through me and can range from $200 - $500 per test.
My treatment plans utilize nutrition and dietary counseling, botanical medicine, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, lifestyle counseling and prescribing and managing pharmaceutical medication when necessary.
Supplement recommendations and refills are offered through an online dispensary called Fullscript, but you may purchase products from wherever you'd like.
What are Meet and Greet calls?
These are 30 minute phone calls where we discuss what issues you'd like to receive care for and we determine if we're a good fit to work together. We can discuss how visits work and pricing.
What are Quick Wellness Consult calls?
These are 30 minute phone calls that you can think of like a "mini visit." You can send me your labs, your history and your questions and we'll discuss it all on the call so you leave feeling calm and confident.
Please tap the buttons above to learn more about each type of call and book online.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I accept Regence. If I'm out-of-network for you, I can provide an invoice so you can bill your insurance. As a naturopathic doctor I am unable to accept Medicare. I do not take Medicaid.
Before your first visit I recommend calling your insurance and verifying that they cover naturopathic care.
