You’ve done the research. You’ve tried supplements, made lifestyle changes, and learned more about EBV than you ever expected to.
But you’re still exhausted, and you’re ready for someone experienced with EBV to help you decide what your body actually needs.
The Grounded Energy Method is my 6-month, comprehensive 1:1 program for women with chronic fatigue and EBV who want personalized testing, a whole-body plan, and ongoing support as we work through it together.
You know about lysine, monolaurin, antivirals, sleep, stress, gut health, hormones, and all the other things that come up when you start researching chronic fatigue and EBV.
The problem is that you’re still the one trying to decide what applies to you.
Do you need more testing?
Are you focusing too much on EBV?
Is your thyroid part of this?
Does your digestion need more attention?
Should you give your current protocol another couple months or change direction?
That’s a lot to manage when you’re exhausted.
You’re ready for someone who can look at what you’ve tried, decide what information is still needed, build a plan around you, and stay involved throughout the process.
You’re willing to put time, energy, and resources into your health.
You just don’t want to keep being the person responsible for figuring out every step.
When I work with someone who has chronic fatigue and EBV, I don’t assume the answer is simply more immune support.
I want to understand why you’re still so tired.
Maybe your sleep isn’t restorative, your nutrient levels aren’t where they need to be, or your thyroid is contributing to the fatigue.
Maybe digestive issues are affecting how well you absorb nutrients.
Maybe your nervous system has been under stress for so long that it’s making recovery harder.
Or maybe another infection needs to be considered.
This is why I use a whole-body approach.
I look at EBV, but I also look at what else is happening in your body and use your symptoms, history, testing, and response to previous approaches to decide where we need to focus.
And we don’t try to work on everything at once.
Part of my job is deciding what makes sense to address now, what can wait, and when we need to change direction.
What if you could wake up with enough energy for the day ahead instead of immediately wondering how you’re going to get through it?
You could make plans with your family without calculating how much energy it’ll take.
Go for a hike, exercise, travel, or spend a full day out without needing days to recover.
Think clearly enough to focus on your work, finish a conversation without losing your train of thought, and trust your brain again.
Fall asleep without lying awake for hours, stay asleep instead of waking throughout the night, and wake up feeling like you actually slept.
Have fewer days dominated by body pain, exhaustion, and the feeling that your body is constantly fighting something.
And the biggest change is that your health no longer takes up so much mental space.
You’re not spending your evenings researching EBV or wondering what supplement, test, or protocol you should try next.
You have more energy for the people, experiences, and parts of your life that have been pushed aside for too long.
That’s what we’re working toward.
You’ve been given a plan before, but what happens when something changes?
You start feeling better and wonder what you can stop.
You start something new and feel worse.
Your energy improves, but you’re still crashing after activity.
Or you’ve been following the plan and your fatigue is still lingering.
You don’t have to decide what all of that means on your own. I’m there to help you evaluate it.
We look at what happened, what it tells us, and whether I want to continue, adjust, or look into something else.
Throughout the program, we meet frequently so I can follow your progress, answer questions, review new information, and make adjustments with you.
Between visits, you have priority messaging when you need clarification or have questions about your plan.
You’re not handed a protocol and left to implement it alone.
I stay involved.
6 months of 1:1 support
You’ll have six months of dedicated support, giving us the time to be thorough without rushing your body or trying to tackle everything at once.
Two check-in sessions each month
Regular appointments give us time to evaluate your progress, review new information, and decide what needs to happen next.
Priority messaging between sessions
When you have a question about your plan, you don’t have to wait until your next appointment to ask.
Comprehensive testing
Testing is included so I can look more closely at areas such as nutrient status, digestion, cortisol, hormones, energy production, immune health, EBV, and possible co-infections.
Personalized plans after your sessions
You’ll know what we decided, what you’re working on, and how to move forward between appointments.
The Grounded Energy Method is comprehensive by design.
Over the six month program, we look at the major areas I consider important in chronic fatigue and EBV, with comprehensive testing included so we have more than symptoms to work from.
We take a closer look at your EBV results, immune function, and co-infections so we have a better understanding of what your immune system is dealing with.
We assess the nutrients your body relies on for energy and look more closely at how your body is producing energy, because prolonged illness can affect mitochondrial function and leave you struggling to produce the energy your body needs.
We evaluate your stress response and cortisol and work on helping your nervous system become more resilient because ongoing stress is a common trigger for EBV and can make it harder to regain your energy and make progress.
We look at the quality of your sleep and work on creating the conditions for deeper, more restorative sleep because sleep is when your body does its most important recovery work.
We assess digestive function, absorption, and the microbiome, including comprehensive stool testing because a healthy gut plays an important role in strong immune function.
We take a closer look at thyroid and hormone function rather than assuming your fatigue is coming from EBV alone, because hormone changes can affect your energy, sleep and anxiety, especially when your body has been under the stress of chronic illness.
No single area has to explain everything you’re experiencing.
The point of looking this thoroughly is to stop guessing about what has been missed.
Then I use what we find to decide what we need to focus on, how I want to approach it, and how we put those pieces into a plan that is realistic for you.
You get the comprehensive evaluation.
Your plan is still completely individualized.
I don’t know what it’s like to have EBV, but I do know what it’s like to experience burnout, anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue.
I know how much it changes you when you’re exhausted day after day and don’t have the energy to live the way you want.
I was drawn to this work because I kept seeing women with significant fatigue being left behind.
They were still struggling, but no one was really looking closely at why.
I don’t want you spending years of your life exhausted while being told there’s nothing else to do.
I believe your health should give you the freedom to live the life you want, not continually limit what you’re able to do.
That belief is a big part of why I created The Grounded Energy Method and why I approach EBV as comprehensively as I do.
The Grounded Energy Method is for the woman who is ready to be supported, not just informed.
You’re ready to work with someone who already understands EBV and chronic fatigue and can look beyond the virus itself.
You’re ready for comprehensive testing instead of continuing to wonder whether something important has been overlooked.
You want someone working alongside you, evaluating your progress, adjusting your plan, and helping you make decisions as things change.
And you’re willing to put time, energy, and resources into your health because you’re hopeful that things can change, and you know that real progress takes time.
You don’t need another protocol to try.
You’re ready for personalized guidance and someone who will stay involved.

The first step is to submit an application.
I’ll personally review what you share about your health, what you’ve tried, and what you’re looking for from our work together.
If I think The Grounded Energy Method is a good fit for what you need, I’ll invite you to a 30-minute Discovery call with me.
This gives us a chance to talk about what you’ve been dealing with, what you want to change, and any questions you have about working together.
I’ll also tell you more about how I would approach your situation so you can decide whether this feels like the right next step for you.
There’s no expectation that you make a decision on the call. We’re both deciding whether working together makes sense.
I review applications personally and will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
